OK video, but what about the sound?

When learning how to edit film/video it is stressed how important the sound is, also how it carries the viewers interest from one scene to another. But (some) makers of Actioncams have completely missed that fact. Today you can find very good video quality but also terribly bad sound "quality" coming from the same camera.

Here is my recent video review of the sound quality and camera stability from seven Action Cameras. All of them were mounted on motorcycle with the same RAM Mount on the handlebar. If available, functions for improved stability and reduction of wind noise were turned on as was the camera placed in the waterproof housing.

This is not a video quality review as such because of Youtube´s video comprimation methods. But it gives a good way to compare the video output from the cameras since all of them went through the same process. The full review will be published in versions for Scandinavia’s major magazines for Hunters and for MC-riders.
