Sorry for the noobie questions but I've spent the last hour reading Git, searching YouTube, Reddit, and this forum, not seeing answers to these. I'm coming from GoPro Session5 and Hero4 so hoping this is a large step up for Mtn Biking and Skiing.

-- Is 4k resolution a large improvement in Image Quality over 2.7K or 1080p at higher bit rates?
-- What resolution and bit rates give you the best quality with EIS?
-- EIS settings
-- any other advice?
Also, Looking for people's real life experiences with the best settings they've seen using it action sports.
