Ordering direct from Blackvue.com

I was about to pre-order the Elite 9 direct from blackvue.com but upon check out, there's an agreement for Buyer responsibility for duty fees/taxes from shipping company.
With the recent changes to tariffs, has any one actually end up paying duty taxes when importing/shipping to the US?
Curious to hear about everyones experience ordering direct from the US.

I do not know the arrangements for retail with Pittasoft, but did you try:

I have read that others have had to pay the tariff. I believe that SafeDriveSolutions stopped shipments to the U.S. due to its customers having to pay a tariff.
