Overly Sensitive Lock File

The slightest bump triggers the lock file announcement while driving, regardless of the sensitivity setting. Any solutions?

Have you downloaded the app and configured sensitivity?

I like to have mine set on medium
 
You can set up the sensitivity level LOW in the app
