Panorama S and DashCam viewer

The GPS data displays perfectly with Registrator Viewer but there is no GPS data when using the Dashcam view. When the program is opened the Google map is displayed but then when I select my recorded file the Map window goes blank and the Graph window says No GPS data for this segment. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? I did a reinstall of Dashcam but it did not change any thing. Thanks for any suggestions.

Contact the developer and arrange to send him the sample file from your camera, if it's a problem with the program he will no doubt get it sorted

Thanks, John in looking at it now. The GPS data from my file displays correctly on his computer, but not on mine.
