Parking Mode improved?

I just order a pair of these and I am curious if the parking mode delay has been resolved. 3 second delay to not catch footage is a long time.
 
there are 4 options in Parking mode now, only the Auto Switch Lapse still have the 2 seconds delay problem.

Hi, still the recording of 30 fps starts from the moment of motion detection, not any pre-saved buffer before that, correct?
