Password no longer works

Hello,
I have been the owner of a Toyota Corolla Cross for a month now, optionally equipped with a NextBase dashcam 380GW and 380GWX. For some reason, the WiFi password that Toyota provided no longer works. I would like to restore this. So I would like to completely reset the device to factory settings. How can i do this.
