Pixel Defect / Contamination

Just got the A119s today and have been testing it out.
I have noticed either contamination on the sensor or a defective pixel(s).
More noticeable when the camera is pointing to dark objects, not sure if it's going to be an issue.

What do you guys think? (see attached photos)

it's a bright pixel, all sensors have them, it can be calibrated in software to not show up, can take several goes to get it done though

it won't cause problems and not a sign of worse things to come etc if that was your concern

I have one hot pixel too, but method with engmode not working. I entered into engmode menu but after choice "Select DP Bright" cam to freeze.

I am very disappointed with this car dash cam.
Has 5-6 defective pixels (hot pixel), to not mention the fact that they not have a suitable video player for tracking on maps with car dash cam of GPS module, It does not have a correction horizontally left-right.
The money were thrown anyway on the window.
Too much advertising for this dashcam in the end to be "lab rats" for testing them on our money.
I paid for VIOFO A119S with GPS and CPL + Car Camera Hardwire Kit + Shipping & handling = €149,14 EUR + custom duties €32 EUR.
In my opinion, those from VIOFO must complete their tests in their laboratories and for the quality control of much better trained.

5-6 Hot pixels is not so good... You paid a lot of money for this dvr (I paid almost half of this without CPL).
I like this cam because I am driving 70-90% at night, and didn't find anything better for my needs. Lens is not perfect in the corners, but is very bright - I accept this imperfections for better low light performance. So, not best cam for everbody, but for me is very good. It is a bit specialized device, optimized for night driving, I think. I like it, but please VIOFO do any manual, how to map hot pixels like ENGMODE in older A119 (without S).
