Playback failed, Downloaded video only 1 second and the camera is in use and/or cannot start this function issues.

I have a DR900x 2ch with CM100LTE and a 124x battery hardwired, and the firmware v1.007. I formated the 256 gb simcard with the blackvue customer services email I got with the PC. My problems is that every time I want to see a video I have the error of "The camera is in use and/or cannot start this function." Or "Playback failed", if I download the video I can only see one second plus everything I do the cloud disconnect and connect. Any help please？
