Playback on Nextbase 402g

Just played some footage for a friend it's playing back upside down, any ideas how to fix this

Assuming you have it mounted the correct way up have tried any other player?

It's definitely mounted the correct way I have played it through my tv also, memory card in usb stick then into tv, still footage is upside down

Does it have a menu option to invert the picture?

Do you have the G-Sensor on or off?

I'm not sure on both questions it's a friend's camera he brought it to me to find some footage for him to be able to put that onto a usb stick I have the same camera though and have no issues so only thing I can think of myself is that he has altered something in the camera menu by mistake

Quite possible, reset default settings can sometimes be useful if you're not sure what someone else has done with it

Reloading the firmware should also put things right

You have rotate display on.

Please turn it off.

Default settings will sort it as above.
