Hi All, been looking around these forums for a bit and can't figure out the issue so I thought I'd register and post. I own the Blackvue DR650S-2CH and a Power Magic Pro. Had it installed 4 months ago and things had been working just fine. A month ago, dash cam would randomly turn itself off and on while I was driving and then the next day, the PMP would take a few miles before it the light would turn on. I changed the voltage settings to 12 V and that seems to have fixed the PMP as it turns on right after starting my car.
The issue is that, while the PMP is on, the dash cam isn't powered. I bought the cigarette power cable as proposed by their tech support and that works just fine. I've been going back and forth with them for a month and feel like it's not going anywhere. Should I just buy another PMP or is there some solution to the one I have now?
