Problem with recording after firmware update

So my mobius was with old firmware and updated it to latest 2.41

Now i have problem, when i start driving with my car then its shows, that it started recording. One moment, recording light dont blink anymore. (only some kind slight green (or something) light is on (that hole where usually yellow blinks when it recording). Also no files stored to memory card.
When i removing power cable and put it back it start actually recording and files are stored in memory card.

Maybe i can download somewhere older firmware to test?
 
Format the card while it's inserted in the Mobius using mSetup and recheck. If the problem persists, try a different card.
 
Ok tried firmware change to older. Didnt help.

After first time power on it just wont start recording. Red light blinks and shows like it records but actually wont record anything. After 10-15 minutes red light starts blinking: 3 fast blinks - pause - 3 fast blinks - pause...
Removing power cable, waiting until it turns off and putting cable back and then it starts actually recording.

Trying format to next. New card is ordered, let see if i can use it my phone or its going to mobius.
