Question about type of selling options.

Hi folks!

I have a question about the options available when chose a model to buy.
I also see a wide difference of price between options.
I'm checking an F770, options are :
front & rear, 32Gb, hardwire lead. 199£.
front & rear, 32Gb, plug & play. 239£.
can't be just the cable, it costs 17£ as spare....
What I'm missing?
