Rear Facing Camera Issue

Hello,

Recently mounted a Thinkware U1000 Dash Cam with rear facing camera. There seems to be a defect with the rear camera. It seems the image sensor was not seated properly in the housing and the sensor captures the curvature of the lens housing leaving a purple hue on the top right and left side of image. It's as if the masking was not removed. Has anyone else seen this?



I have reached out to Thinkware and BBMC for assistance.

That do indeed look a bit fishy in those upper corners, at forst i was like " well it night be part of the window frame ) but from what you can see below thats not the case i think.

Never seen that before on any TW model but i agree that isn't right. Contact the supplier and get the Rear Cam exchanged.
