Hi all, I would like some help please.
I have just fitted the Koonlung K1S. I had no luck accessing it with a Vista laptop but both plugging the unit or the card into my windows 10 the files uploaded fine.
The trouble is I can open the GPS window of the RegistratorViewer, the files show in the RH box and it all looks set to go,
but as soon as I double click on a file I just get the revolving blue cursor and any other action greys out the display and shows "not responding" it then has to be closed with program manager.
I can play the files OK with media player and get some of the GPS data like speed, showing at the bottom of the screen.
I just can't seem to get them to play nicely together!
Tried running in win 7 and 8 compatibility but no help.
I am a bit wary of going on line to download another version of RegistratorViewer as several worrying reports of malware or viruses on some posts, may well be false positives but rather not take any chances
Anyone had this issue and cured it? Or any suggestions I can try?
Thank you.
