Resetting after re-installing SD Card

theres something weird happening after i reinstall the SD card, after removing it, to view the cams videos that were recorded, the cam won't auto start when the vehicle is started, only after i reset the cam, does it power up, it doesn't happen all the time..

just curious, if anyone else has had this happen...
