Mate 808 (hidden lens version) Folders and Files:
Root folder has following folders and files:
PHOTO: For photo mode.
VIDEO: For video clips.
TAG: Configuration text file to update/change settings.



Mate 808 (hidden lens version) VBR:
As per mediainfo, video format is JPEG so it uses pretty high VBR of 28.4 mbps with video @ 27.4 mbps and audio @ 512 kbps.

Yes, these have micro usb which is available everywhere.

In manual is a wrong S letter. Have they listed the product as Mates or Mate?

I confirmed with supplier and it was Mates before that is renamed as Mate now. That explains the manual was probably made for previous naming convention.
I edited my posts to reflect the change.

Daytime Videos:
Audio is very good. Loud and clear.
Video quality of the 70° version is better/sharper than the 120° version.
120° version is much wider but not as sharp, specially in the corners.

70°:

70° VBR: 44.6 Mbps, a 3 minute clips is over 900 mb.

Thats a firce bitrate and 900 MB for 3 minutes

Look like the 8mm lenses ( thread diameter ) simmilar to what was in the Innovv C1

Mate 808 (#18) 1080p Keychain Camera (70°) on a bicycle:

I didn't realize it was pointed too high so video mostly shows sky.
I'll test again soon with proper angle.
It's very small. I used white rubber band but if I use a black rubber band, it won't be noticeable at all.



Sample video... it looks darker due to too much sky.
Audio is very loud and clear so lower the volume, specially when ambulance passes by @ 2:05.
It was very windy and chilly.
