This is my quick 5 minutes DIY of bracket / mount sample for RX300.
It attaches to the opposite part on the wind-shield which has neodymium magnets I already using for Albatross II. You may see Albatross II DIY bracket project from HERE.
I was using 0.5mm steel plate for quick test and double-sided tape to attach it to the dash-camera body, but for proper final project best to use at least 1mm steel, also to file down all sharp edges and for more firm attachment to screw-in it into place or use strong glue.
Overall it performed well, just some little vibrations due to attachment being made with double sided tape as mentioned above, but it was only for quick test purpose.
Hope you find some ideas for your own DIY project.
