Dash Cam
Mobius x3, G1W held as spare.
Dashcam set to movement detect.

Through the power of the internet, this is one thieving scumbag that will, by now, have got exactly what he deserves.

Sad to see it happend.
Second video 1 min 28sec could see car nr.plate, - if only camera resolution / fps etc would be a higher ?!

this is only a YouTube version so perhaps they got that detail in the original, these days though you post something like this on Facebook and someone knows who they are

Which camera were you using? Thinking of a rearview now? Sorry it happened, glad you had the video.

Nothing to do with me, just posting a useful dashcam clip.
I can't help wondering just how much more useful a discrete 4ch install would be.

BTW, as far as I can tell, the cam used is like the G1W in terms of size & looks.

I also saw some pics taken where the scumbag seemed to be looking directly at the cam.
IMO, the owner of the car is damned lucky that this moron wasn't attracted to the shiny cam stuck to the windscreen - all the fancy cams in the world wouldn't have helped.

My friend had an Audi fog light housing stolen. Apparently, it just pops off if pry in the right place. I have a factory made front spoiler on my car. They do not make it anymore and its hard to come by. Anyone with a screwdriver and 5 mins can remove it. I'm probably going to put epoxy guy or something similar over the screwd head so its not coming out easy at all.

Like I said, looks a bit like the G1W. Mind you, look at the size of that honking great big suction mount!
And I'm really amazed that the thieving muppet didn't take much notice of the cam with all that shiny and writing on it!

Didnt get the plates with that camera. He got caught it seems with the power of social media. Dont know what happened after he was charged as the stupid website I was lurking in only allows x number of views.

They go through all the effort to catch him, only to shake their finger at him and release him. His curfew won't help, he apparently likes to rob during day time hours.

He stole it, sold it, got 100 for it and no punishment. Great police work on this one.

"He has 12 previous convictions for dishonesty offences and this latest offence was committed while subject to a community order, imposed for an offence of theft from a vehicle."

I'm sure the thief's wrist hurts slightly from the slap the police gave it. That will surely teach him!

White countries...always so soft on crime. With the exception of Russia maybe.

And they wonder why people want to take the law into their own hands.
But why are we not surprised at the leniency when our glorious leaders are constantly on the rob - and when they get caught out, all their pals rally round them in support!
