Seller mhestore2009 for G1W

Hi guys, this is my first post.
In the past 3 hours I've been reviewing a lot of dashcams and topics all over the internet, because I'm looking for a cheap but good video quality dashcam. I'm almost certain I want to buy the G1W.

Now there are a lot of them on ebay that go for about $50 or more, but I found a few that are about $35.
Does any of you guys know if these are real? This one for example by mhestore2009: www.ebay.com/itm/281313071737
You can also see it actually was $67 but now it's 50% off.

The weird thing about the ones that are around $35, is that they don't tell what kinda chip is inside and also says at the specs "1. Full HD 1920x1080P 2.7 Wide Screen Mini Car DVR" and at the SAME TIME it says later "Video Resolution:VGA640x390 Hd1280x720(720p30f/s)".

I already asked seller mhestore2009 the following:
I would like to know if this is the updated G1W with a Novatek 96650 chip?
Could you also tell me if the camera makes videos of a resolution of 1920x1080 @ 30fps and saves them as .MOV with H264 codec?

I'm starting to think so as well...

When I would go for one that is listed for around $50, then I got these options for example:

@ www.ebay.com/itm/171146492490 - I found this text:
"G1W based on the popular Novatek NT96650 processor and the Aptina AR0330CMOS sensor."
(the version seems alright, only the battery is 200mah)

@ www.ebay.com/itm/181375631693 - I found this text:
"Updated G1W Comes with Novatek 96650BG and Nanya chip"
(this version seems alright too, and has a 320mah battery)

Why is it that when I buy stuff from China (ebay), I always have to spend so much researching.
I kinda like it, but man, can't they just make things more clearly? 😛
 
Even what they write can't always be relied upon as it's often just the spec printed on a generic box
 
Ok, that's good to know.

Another thing: I see the link in your signature "Dashcam Viewer".
Does this software work with the G1W and you get to see G-sensor data and such?
