Having extreme difficulty getting onto settings, although that may actually be a secondary issue as the reason I need to get into settings is because the beep functionality has switched itself on (after I had turned it off).
I have discovered that I can get into settings easily if I first remove the microSD card - but that means I cannot format the SD card!
I discovered that if I copied the current firmware 'bin' file onto the SD card (20180124 - and this is the one that is already in use) and re-inserted it, I could get into settings again but that has now stopped again. Tried that again with the 'nolog' firmware but still can't get into settings.
Seems to be reverting to factory settings just then unable to get back into settings - but appears to work on factory settings OK
Any ideas on how to fix this?
