SIM Set up on Blackvue LTE versions

Hi,

I’ve purchased a SIM from Three. I’ve placed in the camera, which has now been hardwired in.

I’ve tried to follow the prompts in the App. Firstly the ICCID first 6 digits differ from the SIM I have and when I press next, it says this is an incorrect SIM, which I never had.

Please can you assist?

When you place an active SIM in an LTE model that hasn't been used in the camera before - it gives an audible alter about 45 seconds after booting up the camera.
You then go into the BlackVue app on your phone and go through the Cloud setup for the camera (SIM or WiFi, and select the SIM option ).

Make sure your SIM is activated first by placing it in a phone and testing it (make a call, text or use data).
Unactivated SIM may not register in the camera.
