Sound quality problems

I’ve recently bought my Nextbase 312 and it’s properly hardwired into my car but when looking at the videos on my iPhone (via the Nextbase app) I’ve noticed the sound is intermittent. On for a second, off for a second and so it continues. Please tell me there’s an easy solution.....
 
Is this when you're watching them over the Wi-Fi signal or after they have fully downloaded onto your mobile?
 
Thanks for replying, it’s just been while viewing them over the Wi-fi signal so is it a case that it’s likely to be due to that?
I’ll try downloading one and see if that works.....

Yes - the Wi-Fi signal can cause the images or sound to appear juddery/jerky.

They should work perfectly when downloaded, please let me know if this helps.

Great - there is a lot of data trying to get across the Wi-Fi signal.
