update: tried to download the Emergency Aid from https://www.yitechnology.com/support/firmware_dash/id/3
i tried the CN ver and its looked like its updating the yellow light was flasing and the device was rebooted but still the same screen
i tried the ENG ver and its look like its not doing nothing.
plz help
i think im stuck becusa i changed the CN to EN to change the lang in the camera then its stuck now i cant do anything

2. if you dont change S/N CN to US.. you must flash CN firmware first.
3. if you did change S/N CN to US.. you never see that screen.
so.. you can do it.. CN firmware flash first.
