Still images

When does the A139 record still images? I found a folder full of them on mine.

When you pressed the Bluetooth button, or the video protect button on your A139 or the G-sensor was triggered, the current picture(Picture folder) and video(RO folder) will be saved meanwhile.

Yes i think it is common to snap a pic when a event go off, for me looking for footage for a youtube upload days / months later, the PIC have been useful to determine when i pressed the button.
Not least with the SG9663DR system as it save 2 X 3 min files, so exactly when within those 6 minutes the button was pressed can be problematic, but the picture tell when and then you just need to FF video to that particular moment.
