Switching off doesn't work

Hi Everybody

I bought 2 Mini 0805 Cameras.
The first camera starts when I plug in the power
and turns off after few seconds when the power is off.

The second camera starts when I plug in the power but when the power is off the camera is still working...and working till the accumulator is empty :-(
It doesn't turn off.

Any ideas ? Both cameras have the same settings.
