thieye t5e problem with turn on

i have bought a thieye t5e. i used only 2 times and now i cant turned it on. i tried update firmware but its immposible to do it. i tried another thieye battery but still nothing. any solutions?

I have the same problem but my camera lasted a bit longer around 3 months but now it won't turn on I tried disassembleing the camera and I think the problem is with one of the two chips

With turning the camera on I also have noticed some flaws : when using the camera and I turn it off, it goes fine. But when I want to turn on again its not responding.
So I have to remove the battery completely an put it back. And after this the camera powers up again. Puzzles me. Any idea?
