My car Lease ended so I removed the dual 770 dashcam and we re- install it today to my son's car.
The sound from the unit promts that the recording starts both in run and park, can connect to cellphone wifi, but once connected the fresh downloaded Dashcam Viewer latest app (google store) is crashing in a second.
We tried on two brand new cellphones latest ver.android (Samsung S20, google pixel also on my old S9+ which was formated back to factory just days ago).
In the dashcam I did a reset to factory (hold both buttons Record + Format) to forget the old wifi connection if anything matters, re-run the connect initialization cycle, same thing the app crashes.
Not sure if any benefit bothering with Thinkware tech support, maybe here?
