You can hook up the F750 to a Cellink-B, and get it to enter parking mode. I've done this, and no overheating issues (since last Aug?)
Using the hardwiring kit:
- Black wire: goes to ground
- Yellow wire: goes to an ACC fuse in the fusebox
- Red wire: I wired this to a fused cigarette lighter plug, which plugs into the Cellink-B.
The Cellink-B itself needs to be wired to a separate ACC fuse in the fusebox, and ground.
I am trying to figure this out and would love if you could help me.
I currently have my F750 hardwired using the Thinkware Hardwire kit.
I have a Cellink B that i want to add.
On the Cellink B there is INPUT and OUTPUT.
For INPUT there is a ground wire and a ACC wire that connects to a fuse that gets powered when car is running. This I understand.
Now the part I don't understand is the OUTPUT wires on the Cellink B (I have the 2.0 version). Mine does not have a cigarette lighter socket/plug.
Instead it has 3 small wires.
Ground
Accesory Out (red)
B+ (yellow)
I don't know what I'm supposed to do with the OUTPUT red and yellow wires.
Do I disconnect the F750 hardwire that is currently attached to a ACC fuse and instead wire it directly to the Red "ACC OUT" wire on the Cellink B?
What do i do with the yellow B+ wire in the Cellink-B?
My current yellow wire on my F750 hardwire kit is attached to a fuse that gets constant 12v even with the car off.
My confusion is where to wire the Cellink-B OUTPUT wires and what to do with my existing F750 hardwired wires.
