Bought camera in Aug 2023. Mostly buggy the whole time. July 2025 replaced thinkware SD card with new thinkware SD card. Maybe worked another half year. Now it doesn't connect to Bluetooth. Hoping to get it to work and sell it as used. Buy a new dashcam. Very frustrated with 549 dollar purchase plus California sales tax. Needed a parking camera with parking protection and got nothing but headaches.

I replied to you again. i hope you can 1. Accept my device for inspection/repair 2. Send me refurbished unit for now
