U1000 Plus coming

So the Thinkware DashCamLink app was just updated and it adds supports for several new models including the U1000 Plus.



The original U1000 is no longer listed so the Plus looks to be its replacement.

Looks like the usual proprietary DC-IN power and microUSB not USB-C for rear camera connection ..

Yeah looks very similar. Radar is still external like before.

Digging around a bit, looks like they're adding Bluetooth which should help for pairing and changing settings. There's two new MicroHDMI ports on the side where there used to be a blank covered spot on the original U1000, though it also shows that as covered in the U1000 Plus manual. They also have a new model number for the rear cam (BCQH-80U) compared to the current model (TWA-U1000R) and it's listed as a 1080p cam instead of 2K like the U1000 which is odd. The front cam sensor isn't specified like it is in the U1000 manual, so maybe Starvis 2 now?
