U3000 Pro with LTE Module issue

Hello. I got everything working but had to adjust something and unplugged everything. After that, the module wouldn’t connect with the cam. So I decided to delete the cam from Thinkware connect app to add it again. Nothing has worked, it just doesn’t do the blinking orange. Do I need to reset the U3000 Pro to factory settings to make everything work again?
