unbricking process

I'm trying to unbrick my 0801. I've just got solid red light when connected to power. This is what I've done so far

Connect the 0801 to laptop via OTG
DirectUSB says found 1 AMBA device !
I've tried uploading firmware 20130905-NO1-SPI-1CARD-2710-GPS-MA310.elf

When you press down load it opened something called install - filter.exe

That does its thing then back in directusb it says
[0]Not found.
BLA executed failed
[0] failed

Ive seen the YouTube video but it's not working for me . Could it be the firmware is wrong

Check out my thread about looking for the inf driver. It evolved to me figuring out how to unbrick my 0801. I ended up using a nogps elf file after loading the a2.bin boot loader.
