Uncompress Time-lapse?

Hi, I have a blackvue 750s. I have a time-lapse clip that shows a car hitting me, but my insurance company won't use it as it's time-lapse. Is there any way to uncompress this video to a regular speed segment I can provide them?

No. Time-lapse in parking mode means that the camera only records one frame per second. There's no magic "compression" going on, so no way to "un-compress". The frames were never saved.
