Unregistered camera

My newly installed blackvue 650 2ch keeps saying it's an unregistered camera. How can that be remedied? I entered the camera serial in the registration block of the settings but no joy.

Guessing it has to do with the cloud feature and that you are not registered there. Turn off the cloud feature and see if that fixes things.

Both cloud and wireless are off. SD card formatted. no joy.

I have the exact same problem. I've never been able to get my cloud working. I've tried formatting, changing hotspots, reregistering, making new accounts, etc. Nothing seems to work. How can I get this working? Is there any MASTER RESETS option for all of the camera settings?
