Unresponsive at times

Have I got a battery problem? Becoming more frequent dashcam won’t start recording when first plugged in and when I unplug it in the camera becomes unresponsive and freezies and I have to press the reset button to get it going again. It then shows on the screen battery low plug in to charge. Also sometimes won’t turn off when I unplug it again have to press reset to shut it down.

Sounds like a potential battery issue, I’m sure Tiffany on here will read this thread & advise you further.

Tiffany what is best, it's still under warranty, return to Halfords or send back to Nextbase?

If I was you I’d return to Halford’s if it’s under the warranty period still as they should replace it hassle free with no questions asked

Returned to Halfords, replaced with new one no problems with the exchange.
