Greetings all, I purchased the Vantrue E2 and received the unit this week in preperation for a long road trip. I am a product development designer/engineer and have owned multiple dash cams in the past and have decided on trying out the E2 based on all the favorable reviews around. The cameras will go into a Volvo S90, and I will document my installation and work around to some issues I know I will encounter. I will follow up with a sample video and detail my experience using the unit. I purchased this unit with no contact with Vantrue. I hope I will receive as favorably my critiques as my positive impressions, hoping Vantrue can improve and grow. I might not post video until after July 4th, so please be patient.
My first positive comment is that the unit I received already came with the latest firmware installed! We are off to a good start LOL!
