Vantrue N4S - Triple STARVIS 2 IMX675 with Waterproof 2.5K Rear camera - Coming June 2025

A few days ago, the website for the new N4 S was published.
It appears to use the same form factor as the recently released N2X.

The dashcam will feature the STARVIS 2 IMX675 sensor 3 times, supporting up to 1944p.
It comes equipped with PlatePix functionality and HDR, aimed at improving license plate capture.
As with other recent Vantrue models, the N4S will include voice control.
File transfers will be faster thanks to 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and the device will support SD cards of up to 1TB capacity.
Additionally, the N4S will be compatible with the optional LT01 and CPL filter to reduce reflections.
It also offers a wide field of view at 158° for the front-facing camera. The interior and rear have a FOV of 160°

The N4S will be a bit smaller than the N4 Pro:
N4S: 117.2 × 56.6 × 44.5 mm
N4 Pro: 123.9 × 58.1 × 44 mm
N4 Pro S: 131.9 × 58.5 × 44 mm

While the IMX675 is capable of 1944p, this is only used on the front camera.

According to Vantrue, the N4S should be released in June.

Might be potentially earlier in germany.
We already got a few dozens of them.
But website and stuff still needs some more work and adjustment to do.


From the first look quality and everything is looking promising.



Currently working on my comparison.

Took the footage monday. And took of to start my comparision-videos wednesday last week and finished test recordings on saturday.

Now a lot of work to do to work out the comparison.
Always a nightmare in workload because I honestly never have time for all that stuff to do.


(The F4 Pro will not be included. Due to missunderstanding it has IMX675 but no HDR.)
