Vantrue no push notifications

Anyone else here have the same issue where you don’t receive push notifications for collisions? The videos get uploaded to the cloud I get get notified that my traffic limit has been reached but nothing about the actual collisions

Sorry for the inconvenience. May I ask if you’re using an Android phone? Currently, Android only supports app-level push notifications, meaning the app needs to stay running in the background to receive pop-up alerts. If you’ve confirmed the app is running but still don’t get notifications, please try updating your dashcam firmware and reinstalling the app to see if that helps.
