Video issue with new unit

Hello all,

I just installed my DR650GW-2CH. I updated the firmware without an issue. When I played back the video from my first drive, the front camera's video was distorted. The rear camera's video looks fine.

Has anyone run into this before? Is it a known issue?

the crazy colours (assuming this is what you mean and not something related to YouTube) is generally a faulty CMOS sensor, send it back and get it replaced
