Hello, I tried connecting the A119V3 (latest firmware 10 2024) with HK3 on my DACIA Sandero Stepway (end 2019). Red wire on 1 permanent power supply fuse, yellow wire on radio fuse with ‘on’ ignition, black wire ground. Nothing works except with yellow wire connected on fuse called ‘reserve-other accessory connection’ , wich activates the camera but it turns off after about 2 minutes, cut off by a relay, audible "clic" noise. Works correctly on the socket cigarette lighter and usb ordinary cable to GPS base but without ‘parking’ functions of course. Viofo tells me I need to go to garage to make special connections !

Does anyone else have the same problem?

To help you better.
Is this your fuse box?
What are the actual fuses you connected to?

Hi, thanks,
see my fuses number 12 (red cable) and 23 (yellow).
Camera only works with this connections ...but : no functions parking mode, and stop working after 2 minutes (ignition key off )
Camera start immediately when opening doors (ignition key removed)
I tried all other solutions, no result.

Ok that helps.
Fuse 12 I would avoid.

Fuse 23 may not actually have power based on the diagram

If your cigarette sockets turns off when the ignition is completely off then place the Yellow wire on it.
Of course if it remains on then instead place the Red wire in it.

To find an acc powered fuse you need a device that can show when power is at the fuse.
A globe with one wire to the car metal and the other connection you tap on each fuse until you find one that only lights up with ignition on and goes off when ignition is off.

Some cars don't shut down power to some things until a delay of minutes has lapsed.
This can make it harder to find an acc fuse.

Another common recommended tool is a DMM (digital multi meter)

Re the door. if the camera only works when the door is opened then you don't have the wires on the correct fuses.

Make sure the black wire is connected to the metal frame of the car.

Many thanks but :
Yellow cable: OK on the cigarette lighter, device detects a flow. Black : ground Ok.
red battery cable: I tried two permanent flux fuses, the horn (Nr 10) and the hazard lights (31). When ignition is turned off (or the key removed), the horn and hazard lights work. Test with detection device, fuses removed (or not !): no flow on slots, camera doesn't work. So what's going on ? Why do the horn and hazard lights work with the fuses, but device detects no flow?

Maybe I'm wrong with process ?

Best regards,

Finaly !

A friend of mine sent me these video
So I tried connecting the red cable on F23 (additional equipment) without really knowing what's going on. The yellow cable stays on fuse cigarette socket;
And... it works ! All camera functions are OK. Why? I don't know, and I don't care.🤣

Many thanks to LateralNW and my friend !

And God save the (Belgian) King.😉
