I have the Viofo A129 Plus Duo hardwired with the Viofo HK3. I've set the voltage cutoff to 12.4V
Parking mode is disabled and the dashcam does turn off when I turn off my car
However, when I check my car's battery voltage after leaving it for 12+ hrs, the voltage is around 12.4V
Even if I fully charge my car battery, take it off charge, let the car sit over night and check the battery voltage, somehow it drains to 12.4V
Is this expected?

Resting voltage on a 12-volt car battery is generally around 12,4 to 12,6 volts. What you have is a normal battery voltage at resting level.

Other factors that will impact battery resting voltage is the overall State of Health for your battery. Newer batteries have a SoH closer to 100% and will hold more voltage. After a few years, SoH will deteriorate and the resting voltage will be correspondingly lower.

If you unplug the power cable when your car is parked, will there still be a power consumption or not? What is the voltage on your battery when it is parked?
