Hi,
I bought my Vueroid at ffbtech.com
Bought cause they are an authorized dealer. Vueroid dashcams carry a 2 year warranty. FFB Tech administers the Vueroid warranty for units that they sell. I am in California so I get to pay no sales tax when buying.
 
Vueroid’s official warranty policy provides a standard 12-month warranty, with an additional 6 months granted if the product is registered on the official website.
However, if the product is purchased through an authorized retailer, the warranty policy follows that retailer’s terms. Each retailer may operate its own warranty period separately, and basically, customer service is also handled by the retailer.
Most retailers recognized by Vueroid provide professional installation services and initial setup support. Based on these services, offering an extended warranty period is fully possible.

In Denmark the default warranty for consumer electronics sold here is 2 years.

In general:

Does your item break or are there any errors on it? Then you can complain to the seller and make use of your consumer-protected rights.
The Danish Sale of Goods Act gives you the right to complain about defects in the goods for which the seller is responsible and which appear within two years of the purchase. It's called warranty.
What can you complain about? Can you get a new item, or does the item need to be repaired? Who will pay for the transport of your item? And who's going to prove what when you're complaining?
