What time is it Mr. Wolf?

Will someone please tell me how to set the time and date on my 0801. I've clicked myself silly trying to find out. I suppose it's the American way -- time then day then month then year. But please....how the heck do you do it? HELP

In time setup you set the gps offset first using the up down arrow keys. For uk set to +1 when done press ok. Then using arrow keys set year press ok. Then month ok Then day ok Then hour ok Then minute ok that then takes you out of the setup. Time should now be set.
