When connecting the Dash Cam through the fuse box, the rear camera does not turn on

Hello all! I bought myself an N4 Pro DVR. I changed the firmware to N4P_VT-EDB181. Firstly: voice input of commands disappeared. Secondly: when connected to the fuse box, the rear camera does not turn on. I have VANTRUE USB-C Display Hardwire Kit with 3 steps (11.6, 12, 12.4 Volts) for Dash Cam and VANTRUE 5 steps (11.6, 11.9, 12.2, 12.5 Volts) vor Dash Cam. In both cases, the rear camera does not turn on (and the green indicator does not light up). I thought that perhaps the problem was with the latest firmware that I installed and wanted to install the one that was installed initially - N4P_VT-ECJ202. But I can’t download it anywhere. Please help me with my problem! Thank you!
