Which camera has the best day and night recording?

What are the top 5 cameras that give the best daytime and nighttime recording, giving a better chance of getting the number plate.
cost is not a factor.

Would mobius be in this list?
are there any new cameras that are coming out that should be in this list?

The Mobius B acquits itself well in this comparison by @niko . Mobius is bottom left.

I think the current Mobius C2 (not A) would do fairly well against the latest crop of DashCams. I'd like to see a nighttime comparison with the 'benchmark' SG9665GC. Several DCT members own both, so it can be done if someone is willing...
