Who can send me a Panorama IIS within 7 days? (to Germany)

I need it within 7 days delivered to Germany without customs clearance.
Who here is from the EU and can sell me a Panorama IIS within that timeframe?

The dutch seller I just wanted to buy from seems unreliable, because he doesn't answer my mails anymore.
I'm glad I actually haven't transfered my money yet, but now I need a new seller.

To sum it up, here is what I want to buy:

1x PowerUCC Panorama S II
1x PowerUCC (?) or compatible FineVu magnetic CPL Filter
1x some suitable third party suction cup if available
1x PowerUCC external GPS module

You can buy ebay. Customs clearance base of law. I think shpkorea can handle it

My Panorama took a week from Seocheongju, South Korea to Berlin including customs. I asked shpkorea to stick the invoice to the outside of the shipment and paid customs duties and VAT to my postman.
