Why is A329 beeping and not recording?

Hi all,

When driving today the dash cam started beeping and once we were able to pull over after a few mins we checked the recordings and the entire time ot was beeping there was no recordings.

Anyone know why? And how to solve?

Let's hope we'll be able to resolve this thread faster than the previous one. Lol

First off, what memory card are you using? Brand, model, and capacity please

Second, do you recall doing anything before or during the drive? Like using the application or pressing any buttons on the dash cam?

Third, the constant beeping is the dash cams way of telling you that it wasn't recording. If this happens again, you can try pressing the "REC" button to manually start recording to see if anything changes.

Edit: BTW if the screen saver is on(screen black), pressing any button will wake it up first, so you might need to press the "REC" button twice to make it work.

It may be alerting to indicate a protected recording. Check the RO folder.

I formatted the SD card and it stopped the beeping.
No idea why it was beeping and stopped recoding and then started recording again.

What brand sd card it's it?

It may return if it is sd card related.

What SD card do you use? The beeping issue is mainly related to the cards.
