I need something small & discrete which can record for a couple of hours with the car off. I would rather not hard-wire.
Can I power a Mobius cam from a USB power-bank, and then charge the power-bank from the car's USB slot? That way it will keep recording with the car off until the power-bank is empty... But the down-side is that starting the car with an empty power-bank might take a while until the camera powers on.
Are there any other solutions that don't require hard-wiring or any modification to the car?
