Wolfbox wount record when engine off

Hi, I have hardwired my Wolfbox g900. I have 100% correct fitting. When Dash cam is switching off confirmation is shown that it’s going on time lapsed parking mode. However when car is off nothing is being recorded. Wolfbox are sending a new hardwire kit. Anyone have any idea why that might be? Have checked all workings and they are fitted correctly. Acc to acc power and bat wore on constant fuse. All checked with probe.

Isn't it enough to use a simple meter to check when and what voltage the HW kit output is ??

Not sure how I check that or what u mean tbh

Check that the control voltages on the three power cables (two + skeleton) that affect the recording and parking functions are working as required - just use a voltmeter. It is possible that the HW kit is wired on the wrong fuses, i.e. ones that do not have voltage as expected after the car is switched off - a fuse may have voltage for 1 minute after the car is switched off and not later.
